Cleaningᵉᶜᵒ: Cleaning prices are calculated per m²: area of usable area, area of windows (with frame), area of doors (with frames), area of kitchen units, furniture, area of other required areas (e.g. tiling or shower in the bathroom, glass infills, fireplace , etc.), etc. - we measure with a digital laser. We use exclusively ecological cleaning, disinfecting and washing agents + branded professional equipment and machines. (Min. order for this service is 30 m².)
Camera system for cleaning: we provide the possibility to determine in advance (even for a new customer) the installation of our camera system (without cables). We have our 4 camera system ready (we don't need your internet connection, we have our own). We do not store or record the recording! This system serves only as a control with online monitoring. You will receive a one-time login from us so that you can follow our work. I.e. you are not at home, you don't have time, confidence and would rather have an online overview of what is happening at your place? We only need you to specify the places that the cameras will record.
Maintenanceᵉᶜᵒ: is a service that does not include cleaning. These are mainly additional services (see below) high-pressure cleaning with hot / cold water, mowing, cleaning of the pool, parking lot, cars, etc. The price list is shown below and is shown without VAT/per worker (each hour started).
Additional services: ironing, washing, removing/covering bed linen, mowing the lawn, removing weeds, high-pressure cleaning, cleaning the pool/sauna, fireplace, hand washing cars, etc. These are mostly services that cannot be accurately measured in meters. We will agree with you in advance for the amount of work = what price! The price list below is shown without VAT/per worker (each hour started). We only use ecological cleaning, disinfecting and washing agents!
Working on holidays, weekends and nights: We charge a 100% surcharge on public holidays, weekends and night work (20:00-06:00)!
NORMAL: binding order for "one-time" cleaning (irregular). Every new client pays! For the first cleaning/service, a joint consultation with the client is required at the place of implementation.
VIP: binding order for any cleaning/service min. 1x per month on pre-arranged dates (i.e. 30 days in advance) and min. implementation period of 12 consecutive months. The first cleaning for a new client is not included in this! This price list is also intended for one-time cleaning of more than 200m².
Standard: regular basic reliable cleaning. Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, windows, doors, standard cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, terraces, pergolas, cleaning of swimming pools, saunas, etc.
Extra: is extensive cleaning of everything - floor, dust, furniture, windows, windowsills, doors, fur, anti-mite application (for allergy sufferers), disinfection of all surfaces and furniture in the room, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, dishwashing, cleaning and disinfection of dishwashers, refrigerators, hood, coffee machine, microwave, entire bathroom, toilet, parking lot, etc.
Boom: is an "Extra price" service of extensive cleaning of everything + if there are and heavily soiled surfaces. Mostly after a family celebration, party, wedding, construction work, painting, etc.
Express⁴⁸: is realized within 48 hours from confirmation of the order from our side, anywhere, on any day and time in the Czech Republic! (CONDITION: Minimum order: 50m², Deposit 500 €). This cleaning is an "Extra price" service/product.
Insurance: our company is insured with Allianz CZ: Liability insurance for damage caused by operational activities (up to €400,000).
Cancellation Policy: up to 14 days in advance/free of charge. 13-7 days in advance 30% of the order. 6-2 days in advance 50% of the order. 48 hours and less 70% of the order.
